Search Tips

The search facility allows you to search the whole site.

The results are listed in two columns.  The left hand column lists all web pages containing your search term and the right hand column lists additional information you may be interested in.

The search facility is not case sensitive so History will produce the same results as history.

The maximum number of documents that can be returned in any search is 30.

To search for an exact phrase you must put double quotes around it eg "search tips".

Words such as Croydon, the, and, this, be, to, council are ignored by the search facility so there is no need to put them in your search.
