We need a capable person to lay tables, serve tea and lunches and clear tables. You may then progress to booking people in for lunch as they arrive.

To achieve and maintain high standards set by OFSTED

To effectively manage and lead the staff team, manage and retain members of staff

To effectively manage the budget and occupancy levels to ensure the nursery is profitable

To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times

To implement an effective parent liaison program

The successful candidate will need to have the following qualifications, training, and experience:

NNEB, CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

3 years post-qualification experience and 2 years relevant supervisory experience as a Manager, Deputy or Third in Charge.

Excellent knowledge and understanding of Birth to Three Matters and Foundation Stage (Some knowledge of the new EYFS would be an advantage).

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines.

Good Time Management skills.

Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation (desirable).

Knowledge of OFSTED standards.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team.

Knowledge on financial management (budgeting, fees, etc).
