For the past 25 years David McLoughlin has given careers guidance to dyslexic adults and adolescents, which will be the subject of his talk.  As an educational and occupational psychologist, he provides diagnostic assessments to dyslexic children and adults.  The focus of his organisation, the Adult Dyslexia Centre, is to develop individuals' skills and abilities to enable them to become more successful.

David is the main author of 'Adult Dyslexia: Assessment, Counselling and Training' and his organisation works with colleges, universities and workplaces to further their knowledge of dyslexia.

David's talk will be of interest to parents and dyslexic young people, to secondary, FE and HE teaching staff and to employers who may have dyslexic employees.
