Queenhill Road Playspace
Located in Selsdon, Crozier Drive, off Upper Selsdon Road This small open space was given to the Corporation in 1936 by the local Developer Richard Costain Ltd. as a play space for younger children. The space was given as a memorial to William Percy Costain who was predominantly connected with the development of Selsdon as a residential district. The area had previously been open space and the 1933 map shows a miniature golf course, with a pavilion and a tennis courts on the site.
