Northwood Road Playground
Located in Norbury, Northwood Road The playground site was acquired by the Borough of Croydon for housing in 1948. However it was not built upon and a children's playground was laid out instead. The area was the site of 35 and 43 Northwood Road; the houses were demolished by "enemy action".
